What is Approval Ocean 360?

Approval workflow software for every process in a company. You build a policy, which is a request form plus a route of approval stages, and the engine sends each request to the right people in the right order, with a full audit trail.

Which approvals can it run?

Any process that needs a decision: purchases, expense claims, contracts, leave and more. A new workspace offers ready-made templates for those four, and you can build any other policy from scratch.

Can people outside the company approve?

Yes. Add an external approver by email. They open a secure link, confirm a one-time code and decide, without an account.

What happens when an approver is away or late?

Approvers can delegate their work to a colleague for a date range. Each stage can also carry an SLA in hours, and when it passes, pending work escalates to the role you choose.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan includes three active workflows, five people and 50 requests every three months, with every feature. Paid plans raise the limits.

Does it work in Arabic?

Yes. The whole app works in Arabic and English, right to left and left to right, and form fields can carry an Arabic label.
