The whole approval lifecycle,
one engine.

Everything below ships today and runs in the live product. No roadmap slides.

01

Design routes without code

A policy is a submit form, a stage route, and rules. The builder edits all three: field types with Arabic labels, any-of or all-of or in-order stages, SLA hours, escalation targets, and external approver emails.

02

Routes that adapt per request

The submitted form's values feed the rules. Add a stage above a threshold, skip one for routine work, or auto-approve entirely. One policy replaces a dozen near-duplicates.

03

SLAs that escalate themselves

Every stage carries a deadline. A sweep marks breaches and reroutes pending work to the fallback role, on its own.

04

Delegation with boundaries

Cover a colleague for two weeks, for one policy or everything. Scoped, time-bounded, revocable, audited.

05

External approvers

A magic link and a one-time code route sign-off to clients and counterparties. No accounts, full audit.

06

A live inbox with bulk approve

Decisions land over Socket.IO the moment they happen. Clear a queue with guardrailed bulk approval.

07

An append-only audit trail

Submission, every decision, every escalation and cancellation: who, what, when. Nothing is ever deleted.

08

Team and role administration

Members, role grants, and new routing keys managed in-app. Policies route to roles, people hold them.
