Who the organization is waiting on, right now.

The Accountability module (admin-only, in the navigation) answers one question: who is the organization waiting on, right now.

Three live counts

Overdue, Due soon, and Waiting are computed from each assignment’s SLA deadline at read time, so the numbers are always current. The tiles double as filters — click one to see just that slice. You can also filter by department and by workflow, and a per-department load view shows where open work concentrates.

Working days, not calendar days

“Due soon” is measured in working days on the workspace’s own business calendar: configurable working weekdays (e.g. Sunday–Thursday), a holiday list, and a time zone. The settings (gear icon) also set the due-soon window (1–30 working days) and the reminder cooldown (0–168 hours).

Reminders

Remind sends the assignee an in-app notification about the pending step. Inside the cooldown the button politely refuses and says when it can be used again, so nobody gets spammed. Every reminder is recorded in the audit trail.
